I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very large, modern, and equipped with two very comfortable double beds. The cleaning was top-notch, and the toiletries provided were nice, but the smallish bathroom and quirky lighting system made it a bit challenging to keep the room cool. It felt deserted during my stay, which had its pros and cons.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very large, modern, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. However, the lighting system was a bit unusual and made it difficult to keep the room cool.
Service
7.0
The staff were a mixed bag - some were very accommodating and friendly, while others struggled to assist, which was evident when we needed help with transportation. The barman and a particular staff member worked tirelessly to make our stay pleasant.
Location
7.0
The location wasn't exactly as expected, but it turned out to be great being on a hill in a park, making it quiet compared to the city center. I was not impressed with Naples itself, but the day trip to Sorrento and Pompeii made up for it with stunning views around the bay.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired. The breakfast options were ordinary and presented cold, which was disappointing. The buffet lacked variety in hot food options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were okay, nothing particularly outstanding. The hotel lacked some amenities you would expect for the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were really nice, clean, and quiet with a modern touch, although the lighting system was a bit peculiar. The service was mostly excellent, but there were some unfortunate incidents with belongings. The location, while lovely and quiet, had its drawbacks, especially in terms of accessibility. The dining experience left much to be desired, lacking in both staff and quality. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
